Terms of service.
Effective November 3, 2026 · Last updated November 3, 2026
These Terms govern your use of Automation Host, operated by Think Like LLC (“we,” “us” or “our”). By using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use it. Our Privacy policy explains how we handle personal information.
Accounts and access
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement to use Automation Host. If you use it for an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization.
Access is currently subject to approval during our private beta. Requesting access does not guarantee approval. Provide accurate account information, keep your email account and connector credentials secure, and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account.
Connected tools and agent work
Automations are reusable instructions. Queue tasks describe work for connected tool agents to pick up. Inbox stores questions and replies, and Activity displays tool-reported runs and results.
Connecting a tool authorizes access within the permissions you select. Read/write connections can save or change information and work on eligible tasks. You are responsible for choosing appropriate tool access, task assignments, instructions and approvals. A task or saved instruction does not itself authorize an agent to spend money, disclose information or take other actions beyond your permission.
Automation Host does not independently run AI models or start agents when you add work. Schedules depend on the connected tool’s capabilities. Tools may make mistakes, stop responding, report inaccurate results or repeat work after a reservation expires. A task status is a report of progress, not a guarantee that an action occurred successfully or only once.
Review outputs and consequential actions before relying on them. Do not use the service as the sole basis for medical, legal, financial, safety-critical or other high-impact decisions. Third-party tools, models and services are governed by their own agreements, fees and privacy practices. We do not control their availability or conduct.
Your content and our service
You retain your rights in the instructions, task information, replies and other content you provide. You grant us a nonexclusive license to host, store, reproduce, transmit and display that content as needed to operate, secure and support the service and carry out your authorized tool connections. This permission does not transfer ownership of your content.
You must have the rights and permissions needed to provide content and authorize its use, including permission to handle personal or confidential information. Do not submit secrets or information your organization prohibits sharing. Rights in third-party AI output may depend on the applicable provider’s terms and law; we do not guarantee that output is unique or free of third-party rights.
Think Like LLC and its licensors retain their rights in Automation Host’s software, branding and other service materials. These Terms grant you a limited right to use the service while you comply with them.
Acceptable use
Do not use Automation Host to break the law, infringe others’ rights, send spam, commit fraud, distribute malware, harass others or facilitate harmful conduct. Do not bypass account approval, access another person’s workspace, misuse credentials, probe or disrupt systems without authorization, evade plan limits or interfere with the service. Report vulnerabilities privately to chase@thinklike.co.
Plans and charges
The current Free plan includes 10 active automations and 5 total Queue handoffs. Each task counts when added; completing, cancelling or deleting it does not restore the lifetime handoff allowance. Other reasonable technical limits may apply. Third-party providers may charge separately for their tools or usage.
We will disclose pricing and applicable payment terms before offering a paid service or charging you. Using the Free plan does not authorize an automatic paid upgrade. If we change plan limits, we will provide notice as appropriate and explain your options.
Suspension, ending use and your data
You may stop using the service, revoke tool connections and request account deletion by contacting us. Export your saved instructions and recent reported runs from Settings before leaving; contact us for help with other workspace information.
We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, a security risk, legal requirements or a material breach of these Terms. We may also discontinue the beta or a feature. When reasonably practicable, we will give notice and an opportunity to export your information. Immediate action may be necessary for security or legal reasons. Data retention and deletion are described in our Privacy policy.
Availability and warranties
The private beta may change, contain errors or become unavailable. Keep copies of important instructions and results. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, uninterrupted operation or accuracy. We do not guarantee agent performance, schedules, delivery of results or compatibility with every tool.
Limits on liability
To the extent permitted by law, Think Like LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunities arising from the service. Our total liability arising from these Terms or the service will not exceed the greater of US $100 or the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
These exclusions and limits do not apply where prohibited by law, including liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited. Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer rights or remedies.
Changes and general terms
We may update these Terms as the product changes. We will post the updated version and date, and provide additional notice of material changes where required. Changes apply prospectively; if you do not agree, stop using the service. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A failure to enforce a provision does not waive it.
These Terms do not require arbitration or waive any right to bring a claim available under applicable law. Before bringing a dispute, you may contact us to try to resolve it informally; doing so is not a condition on any nonwaivable right.
