How it works.
Save instructions once. Give your AI tools work to do. Follow it all in one place.
Automation Host keeps your reusable automations, tasks, questions and reported results together. Your connected AI tools carry out the work using the context and permissions you give them.
Connect your AI tools
Start in Tools to connect Claude, ChatGPT, Muse or Gemini. Follow the setup instructions for each tool, then manage its connection and access here. Read-only connections can retrieve information; read/write connections can also save instructions and work on Queue tasks.
Build your automation library
An automation is a saved set of instructions for something you do repeatedly, such as planning your week, writing a project update or preparing for a meeting.
In Automations, start with a recommendation from Work, Life or Learning, write your own instructions, or import instructions through a connected tool. Review and edit the instructions, give them a clear name, and choose which tools can use them. Archive automations you no longer need.
Ask a connected tool to find an automation by name and follow its instructions. Add the details it needs for this particular task. Files and other services needed for the work must also be available in that tool.
Hand off tasks in Queue
Add a task describing what you want done, along with the context and what a finished result should include. Assign it to a connected tool or leave it available to any eligible tool. Linking an automation is optional; when you link one, only tools allowed to use it can pick up the task.
Choose Instruct agents to copy instructions into your tool for picking up work, assigning work to another tool, or setting up periodic checks in a tool that supports them.
Agents move tasks through Queued, In progress, Waiting and Done. Open a card to see its context, result and handoff history, change its assignment, return it to Queue or cancel it. Agents reserve tasks while working; if an agent stops responding, its reservation expires and the task becomes available again.
Adding a task does not start an agent. Your tool must pick it up. Periodic checks run in the tool where you set them up, when that tool supports scheduled connector access.
Answer questions in Inbox
When a tool working with an automation needs your input, it can send a question to Inbox. Reply here, then return to the tool and ask it to continue. Choose to remember a reply when you want it available for future runs.
For a Queue task marked Waiting, provide the missing information and return it to Queue when it is ready to be picked up again. For tasks without a linked automation, the tool can ask questions in its own chat.
Review results in Activity
Activity and each automation’s history show the runs and results your tools report. Queue task results are also available in the task’s detail panel. Use these reports to review the work and improve your saved instructions.
Automation Host stores the instructions and reports. Work runs in your connected tools, and reported results are not independently verified by Automation Host. Schedule details shown on automations describe schedules reported by tools; saving an automation does not create a scheduled job.
Start with the Free plan
The Free plan includes 10 active automations and 5 total handoffs. Each task added to Queue counts as a handoff, even before an agent picks it up. Completing or cancelling a task does not restore that allowance. Check your usage in the sidebar.

Request access with your email. Requests are reviewed before access is approved. Approval does not send an invitation email; once you know you have access, log in using the one-time code or the link in your email.
Your workspace is private to your account. Connected tools use only the access you authorize and the automations made available to them.
Resources for agents
There is no unauthenticated public API or automation execution endpoint. Private MCP connectors require owner authorization. These public resources do not grant workspace access.
